{"id":2364,"date":"2020-05-11T11:09:05","date_gmt":"2020-05-11T15:09:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pwdpr.com\/?p=2364"},"modified":"2021-01-28T11:40:46","modified_gmt":"2021-01-28T15:40:46","slug":"dirigir-un-webinar-es-un-todo-un-show","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pwdpr.com\/en\/dirigir-un-webinar-es-un-todo-un-show","title":{"rendered":"Dirigir un webinar es un todo un show"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cuando est\u00e1s dando un taller en la oficina y se va la luz, la culpa es de la compa\u00f1\u00eda de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica o de la cede que no tiene un generador. Pero cuando algo sale mal en un webinar que t\u00fa diriges desde tu hogar, el \u00fanico culpable eres t\u00fa. Porque si no tienes recursos o manos extra, ese d\u00eda ser\u00e1s: orador\/a, media manager, administrador, entre muchos otros. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De pensarlo, a cualquiera le da estr\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Orador\/a<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando damos un discurso en persona, podemos observar lenguaje corporal en tiempo real para discernir si las personas nos entienden o si vamos muy r\u00e1pido. En lo virtual, no tenemos ese insumo. Cuando llevamos un mensaje hay varias piezas movi\u00e9ndose simult\u00e1neamente. Estamos pendiente de lo que queremos decir, por qu\u00e9 parte del discurso vamos, cu\u00e1nto tiempo llevamos hablando. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Media Manager<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En l\u00ednea, el discurso y la tecnolog\u00eda est\u00e1n atados. Por esto, adem\u00e1s de ser oradores, somos media managers. No es lo mismo que llegar a un sal\u00f3n y tener la pantalla de proyecci\u00f3n, el proyector, y la computadora lista. En persona, normalmente tu conectas un JumpDrive y arrancas. Desde casa, recae en ti el tener una conexi\u00f3n de Internet estable, una c\u00e1mara de alta resoluci\u00f3n, unos aud\u00edfonos, el saber c\u00f3mo navegar entre la presentaci\u00f3n, el chat, y tu escritorio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Administrador\/a<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Y como si esto no fuese suficiente, tambi\u00e9n eres administrador del bendito webinar. Mientras en talleres en persona, t\u00fa o el personal administrativo le env\u00edan los detalles a los participantes, en los webinars alguien tiene que asegurar que los participantes pueden entrar. Adem\u00e1s, tienes que tomar decisiones ejecutivas sobre si mantener las c\u00e1maras visibles, los micr\u00f3fonos abiertos, cu\u00e1ndo tomar preguntas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ujier o Asistente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, est\u00e1 el factor ambiente. En un taller presencial solemos separar un sal\u00f3n de conferencias, una sala de reuniones con sus mesas, sillas, y trasfondo limpio. Sin embargo, cuando facilitamos un webinar desde casa no estamos en un ambiente ideal. Tenemos que identificar un \u00e1rea apropiada, practicar \u00e1ngulos con la c\u00e1mara, trabajar con la iluminaci\u00f3n, identificar las horas del d\u00eda que son m\u00e1s silenciosas o gozan de la mejor luz. O sea tenemos que velar por iluminaci\u00f3n, sonidos externos, eco, y la apariencia general del espacio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Toma las riendas del show<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Conozco los retos de cada modalidad porque he sido oradora en espacios tradicionales por m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada. Hoy por hoy, los webinars ya no me dan p\u00e1nico porque tambi\u00e9n llevo sobre 10 a\u00f1os ense\u00f1ando en l\u00ednea y facilitando reuniones remotas con colegas y clientes en Puerto Rico y los Estados Unidos continentales. A trav\u00e9s de estas experiencias, he reflexionado sobre lo que funciona, lo que no ayuda, y desarrollado  instrumentos que me traen calma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy quiero ofrecerte la oportunidad para que, igual que yo, remuevas el factor miedo de tu pr\u00f3ximo webinar. Para que sepas lo que debes hacer en cada etapa. Est\u00e1 comprobado cient\u00edficamente que cuando reducimos nuestra carga cognitiva podemos funcionar mejor.
