Suena el celular y te piden que pases en x fecha para una entrevista. S\u00e9 honesto conmigo. \u00bfCu\u00e1l es tu primera reacci\u00f3n?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"550\" height=\"572\" src=\"https:\/\/pwdpr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/blog7.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1467\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pwdpr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/blog7.jpeg 550w, https:\/\/pwdpr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/blog7-288x300.jpeg 288w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Para muchos es \u201c\u00bfeah rayo\u2019 y ahora qu\u00e9 me pongo?\u201d Para otros: \u201cMierda. Ahora tengo que plancharme el pelo y hacerme las u\u00f1as.\u201d Por alguna raz\u00f3n, nuestro cerebro se va en pil\u00f3to autom\u00e1tico a \u201c\u00bfC\u00f3mo debo lucir pa\u2019 la entrevista?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muy rara la vez reaccionamos de la manera correcta pregunt\u00e1ndonos \u201c\u00bfQu\u00e9 puedo hacer para ir bien preparado?\u201d Por eso:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Hoy te comparto unos tips pa\u2019que vayas&nbsp;<em>asicalao<\/em>&nbsp;mentalmente.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Repasa la&nbsp;<strong>descripci\u00f3n del puesto<\/strong>&nbsp;al que est\u00e1s solicitando. Anota o identifica las destrezas (skills), abilidades (abilities), y conocimiento (knowledge) (<strong>KSAs<\/strong>) que buscan en un candidato.<\/li><li>Piensa en<strong>&nbsp;ejemplos y experiencias concretas<\/strong>&nbsp;que evidencian que t\u00fa posees esos KSAs. Si ellos buscan personas con conocimiento en el programa estad\u00edstico SAS, identifica una experiencia de trabajo o investigaci\u00f3n donde tuviste que usarlo.<\/li><li><strong>Desarrolla,<\/strong>&nbsp;ya sea en tu mente o en forma escrita,&nbsp;<strong>tu respuesta elocuente<\/strong>&nbsp;a una pregunta o aseveraci\u00f3n como: \u201cEstamos buscando candidatos que sepan usar SAS.\u201d No es lo mismo decir \u201cS\u00ed, yo s\u00e9 usarlo.\u201d Ya eso lo pusiste en el \u00e1rea de Technology Skills en tu r\u00e9sum\u00e9. Ni decir \u201cS\u00ed, yo lo us\u00e9 por 2 a\u00f1os.\u201d Ya ellos lo saben porque est\u00e1 en el descriptor de esa experiencia en tu r\u00e9sum\u00e9. En vez, aprovecha la oportunidad para abundar: \u201cSAS, con sus histograms y scatter plots, me ayud\u00f3 a visualizar y entender a mejor profundidad el comportamiento de lectura. Tambi\u00e9n pude comunicar los resultados de forma simple a un grupo comunitario interesado en alfabetismo.\u201d<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Espero que estos 3 tips te ayuden a ir mejor preparado y m\u00e1s confiado a tu pr\u00f3xima entrevista. La compa\u00f1\u00eda no busca a un modelo as\u00ed que dale pich\u00f3n al outfit por un momento y enf\u00f3cate en lo que tienes para ofrecer.
